Terms of Service

1. Overview

DropClaw is a marketplace for digital automation skills (“Skills”) that run on the OpenClaw framework. By purchasing from DropClaw, you agree to these terms.

2. Purchases & Licensing

  • All purchases are one-time payments for a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Skill.
  • You may use purchased Skills for your own business operations. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the Skill files.
  • Bundle purchases include all items listed at the time of purchase.

3. Downloads

  • Each purchase includes up to 10 downloads, valid for 365 days from purchase date.
  • Download links are personal. Sharing them violates these terms.
  • We log download activity (IP, timestamp) for security purposes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at support@dropclaw.ai within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunded Skills must be deleted from your systems.

5. Updates

All future updates to purchased Skills are included at no extra cost. Bundle buyers receive new Skills added within 6 months of purchase.

6. Creator Terms

  • Creators earn 80% commission on each sale of their Skills. DropClaw retains 20% for platform operations, security auditing, and marketing.
  • All submitted Skills undergo security review before listing. DropClaw reserves the right to reject or remove any Skill.
  • Creators retain ownership of their code. By listing on DropClaw, you grant us a license to distribute the Skill to buyers.

7. Security

All Skills listed on DropClaw are security-reviewed. We scan for malicious code, vulnerable dependencies, and unsafe patterns. However, Skills run in your own environment. Always review code before deploying to production.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Reverse-engineering or decompiling Skills for redistribution.
  • Using Skills to violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Sharing account credentials or download links.
  • Submitting Skills containing malicious code, malware, or data exfiltration mechanisms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DropClaw provides Skills “as is”. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of purchased Skills, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
